AI Virtual Staging for Real Estate Photos

Turn an empty listing photo into a furnished room in about 20 seconds. No furniture rental, no photographer visit, no three-day turnaround.

What it does

You upload the photo you already shot. RoomMirror keeps the walls, windows, floor and camera angle exactly where they are, then adds furniture, rugs, art and lighting in the style you pick. Each generation returns two options, so you can choose the warmer or the calmer one instead of re-briefing a stager.

How it works

Upload the photo

Any phone photo works. Straight-on shots with the lights on convert best.

Traditional numbers are the usual US range for a single room set — $25–75 per photo from a staging vendor, plus furniture rental if you stage the property physically.

When it is the right call — and when it is not

AI staging is right for vacant listings, Airbnb turnovers and pre-renovation concepts. It is not a fix for bad photography — underexposed in, underexposed out. And most MLS rules require the image to be labelled as virtually staged, so keep the label on.
